This work is in a trio relationship with Dont Panic and No Fate, it's role is to act as an artifact from an uncertain future as an object with uncertain function. Its form implies the mechanical moments of a timepiece, and large chambers to house batteries as if it's performing some computation. The keyhole and lock imply some bound potential waiting to be released. It's year reads "20XX" a kind of science fiction and video game trope to some time in the unspecified near future. Extropy, being the opposite of entropy, is a reference to unbounded growth and the exponential progress of the technological singularity. The phrase "cry later" references the greek masks of tragedy and comedy, but also is a signal to ignore the destruction that growth inevitably causes.
